I went in to have an inspection done my vehicle and they got it done quick!! I was able to pick it back up in under 2 hours and they had a full list of the issues and a list with the parts I would need to replace, and the prices were marked as well. They do great work and have amazing customer service.

We had no appointment, but were heading back home 600 miles +/- and noticed our front tire looked off. After some confusion on how long until we would be seen, the manager had someone come check out our vehicle, rotated two tires and got us back on the road. We're all people in various moods having different things going on and I appreciate when people can reset, have the ability to deal with frustrated people and allow some grace. Thank you for making me feel safer, my husband less stressed and keeping us safe along with all the other folks depending on you!

Originally I brought in my car for a tire rotation and a check on a leaking tire. The mechanics working on my car changed brakes and replaced a tire that was under warranty, and I purchased an additional tire so there wasnβt a balance issue. $1100. The entire job took 4 hours and the customer service from everyone was great. The issue is that when they put on the new tires they didnβt balance them and by the time I was going fast enough to notice the problem les schwab was already closed. I then had to drive 65 miles home with an unbalanced car and another 85 to and from work. The problem I originally brought my car in for was worse after I left! When my husband brought the car back in (another 130 miles round trip) to actually have it balanced this time because it was so far off the mechanics had not communicated in anyway that we had already been in days prior, that we had already spent several hours waiting on repair only to be right back here because the tires werenβt balanced after having new tires put on. There was no apology for the inconvenience and it was extremely inconvenient. Several hours more waiting to have a problem they created fixed. And after all of that a balanc

These people are outstanding. This is NOT hyperbole... I'm eternally grateful for Matthew, Trent, and Amanda for the insane lengths they went through to help me when I was between a rock and a hard place. For every kind effort they made, my car doubled down and punished them for it. It was something you couldn't make up on your best day with the force of 10 imaginations working together. They are what I would use to define "salt of the earth". They didn't have to do half of what they did and yet they did it with good cheer; when they had every right to pull their hair out and walk into traffic if only to get the madness to stop. May God bless them, they saved my biscuits and my gravy. Five stars will never be enough. This day will live in infamy. 787 billion trillion gazillion stars, bare minimum.

Matt seriously took care of me yesterday. Wasnβt too thrilled with slipping even a little bit with my babies in the back seat. He had me come in for a tire fitting to see how big I could go (bigger the better right?) and after deciding on a size he got it done the same day. My reputation for selling vehicles has to be stellar and that extends to the people I recommend to do work on the vehicles I sell. I trust him and his team to take care of my vehicles AND my customers. Solid job by his whole team today! Thank you ππ»
